Prof Gerard Sutton joined Triple M Goldfields radio to talk eye health amid concerns about smoke from bushfires currently devastating Australia. Eye clinics are seeing a spike in the number of patients complaining of pain and irritation due to the hazardous particulate matter in the air.

Prof Gerard Sutton is one of Australia’s leading eye surgeons with expertise in cataract surgery, laser vision correction and corneal transplantation. He is also the Sydney Medical School Foundation Professor of Corneal and Refractive Surgery and Medical Director of the Lions NSW Eye Bank.
