Dr David Handley is a highly experienced general ophthalmologist with a career-long interest in glaucoma. His longstanding passion for eye health has driven him to collaborate in the set-up of eye clinics and day surgeries with the most advanced equipment, allowing thorough assessment of the health of the eyes and early detection of eye disease, as well as facilitating the most accurate intraocular lens calculation for optimal refractive outcomes and patient care.
Dr Handley’s other areas of interest include corneal conditions, pterygia and intravitreal injections for macular degeneration and diabetic macular oedema. In addition, he established ophthalmology clinics in regional South Australia and took great pleasure in working with these communities over many years.
