Ophthalmologist opportunities

Vision Eye Institute (VEI) offers ophthalmologists the opportunity to build and grow their practice within a supportive, established network that combines clinical excellence with professional collaboration. Doctors benefit from access to state-of-the-art consulting facilities, experienced clinical and administrative teams, and a trusted national brand with a strong referral base. Doctors enjoy access to surgical facilities through Vision Hospital Group, VEI's world-class day surgeries. All eleven hospitals are equipped with the latest technology for a wide range of ophthalmic procedures.

Many ophthalmologists are choosing to align with larger, well-resourced organisations that provide practice management support, marketing expertise, and opportunities for peer connection and shared learning. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to research through our not-for profit research organisation – Future Vision Foundation – as well as teaching, and clinical education via Shared Vision, our healthcare professional program led by a dedicated clinical relationships team.
