Dr Hoffman is an ophthalmic surgeon with a keen interest in the latest laser-assisted cataract surgery. He is able to offer his patients the full spectrum of lens choices. Dr Hoffman manages glaucoma, dry eye and lid disorders and is committed to providing complete eye care for his patients. He also has over 10 years of experience performing intravitreal therapies, having carried out over 10,000 intravitreal injections for wet macular degeneration, diabetic macular oedema and retinal vein occlusion.

Dr Hoffman is also a visiting consultant (Senior Medical Staff) at Western Hospital. After completing his medical training in 1996 and a Master of Health Ethics in 2003, Dr Hoffman studied ophthalmology at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne. He completed his fellowship training in Cheltenham, UK, in 2007.
