Dr Mark Jacobs is an experienced general ophthalmologist who treats a range of eye conditions. He has a special interest in the diagnosis and management of glaucoma.

Research & publications
Dr Jacobs completed a Doctorate in Medicine in 1996 (UNSW), with his thesis: The Development of Horizontal Eye Movements in Infancy. In addition, he was part of a research team that was awarded a Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation Grant to study the retina following brain injury. This resulted in a number of publications in peer reviewed journals and one of the team members attaining a PhD.
