Avocado and red salmon snack


Slices of toast with avocado, cooked salmon, leafy greens and red onion garnish

The perfect snack for any time of the day – and it’s great for eye health!


1/4 mashed avocado

2 slices of toast (wholemeal or multigrain)

20g baby rocket leaves

95g skinless and boneless red salmon

1 tablespoon red onion


  1. Spread avocado over toast.
  2. Add remaining ingredients on top.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper.
