29/05/2023

The winners of The Vision Way Awards – our quarterly staff awards – have been announced!

Sherreen Jassal and her team.

Jacinta Goldsack, our People and Culture Manager, says The Vision Way Awards celebrates staff members who embody our shared values, known as The Vision Way.

‘The Vision Way is a set of 10 guiding principles to support our code of conduct and acts as a benchmark for the expected behaviours of all Vision Eye Institute staff,’ says Ms Goldsack.

These guiding principles include how we care for and respect our patients, their families and each other, and how we remain at the forefront of our fields through continuous education and improvement. Any staff member who personifies The Vision Way can be nominated for the Awards by fellow staff.
