In Safe Hands program
We promise to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our patients and staff.
All Vision Eye Institute clinics and Vision Hospital Group day surgeries are guided by our In Safe Hands program, which covers emotional safety and wellbeing, infection control and quality management processes.
You can contribute to the safe and comfortable environment at our clinics and day surgeries by:
- Treating staff with respect
- Our staff treat patients and carers with respect and courtesy. We ask that you do the same for us.
- Waiting patiently
- We try our best to minimise waiting times – however, sometimes delays are unavoidable. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
- Giving us your feedback
- All patient feedback, suggestions and complaints are taken seriously and reviewed internally, with further action where appropriate.
- Staying home if you are unwell.
