New eye injection clinic at Blackburn South with Dr Christolyn Raj

Retinal medicine expert Dr Christolyn Raj has opened up a new eye injection clinic at our Blackburn South location, with appointments available on Friday afternoons.

Dr Raj is a Melbourne-trained ophthalmologist and a key figure in retinal medicine. She has considerable expertise in the treatment of conditions such as diabetic eye disease, age-related macular degeneration and retinal vein occlusion, and can offer eye injections to treat these conditions.

‘To preserve vision, it’s really important for patients who have been prescribed regular eye injections to keep on top of them,’ says Dr Raj. ‘Unfortunately, factors such as convenience can impact people’s ability to keep up with their injections. That’s why I decided to set up an injection clinic in Blackburn South – to provide a high-quality option for patients living or working nearby.’
