Tuggerah Lakes clinic now open

We are pleased to announce that Vision Eye Institute has opened a new clinic to provide high-quality eye care to Central Coast residents.

The clinic is conveniently located in the Kanwal Medical Complex (within the Wyong Public Hospital medical precinct), across the road from Tuggerah Lakes Private Hospital and close to nearby aged care facilities and Kanwal Public School.

Vision Eye Institute Tuggerah Lakes is a brand new, state-of-the-art eye clinic offering specialist eye care for the whole family. Services include general eye checks and diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of conditions such as:

• Cataract & lens surgery
• General eye health
• Glaucoma
• Nerve-related vision problems

The clinic specialises in children’s eye health and also offers vision correction assessments to assess your suitability for laser eye surgery.

The clinic is led by Dr Rushmia Karim, a highly experienced Sydney doctor who trained in the UK.

How to find us

Our Tuggerah Lakes clinic is easy to reach by car, or by bus from nearby Wyong train station and shops, Westfield Tuggerah and surrounding suburbs. We are a wheelchair-accessible clinic, located on the ground floor with on-site parking directly outside the suite door and with a wheelchair-accessible entrance and restroom.

Surgical procedures are performed at Tuggerah Lakes Private Hospital (across the road from the clinic).
